Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is a condition caused by an overuse of the arm, forearm and hand muscles that results in elbow pain. You don’t have to play tennis to get this as both tennis players and non-tennis players can be affected as well. Tennis elbow is caused by either an abrupt or subtle injury of the muscle and tendon area around the outside of the elbow. It specifically involves in the area where the muscles and tendons of the forearm attach to the outside bony area (lateral epicondyle) of the elbow.

  • Gradual increase in pain around the outside of the

the pain may develop in a sudden.
  • Pain is more severe when actions that are carried out involve in gripping.
  • Weak grip strength
  • Pain when you extend your wrist
