Golfer’s Elbow

Golfer’s Elbow, or medial epicondylitis, is the inflammation of the wrist flexor tendon that joins the forearm muscles. It is a condition that causes pain on the inner side of your elbow and the pain may spread into your forearm and wrist. Golfer’s elbow is similar to tennis elbow. But it occurs on the inside, rather than the outside, of your elbow. This happens to both golf players and non-golf players as well.
