Sciatica (also known as sciatic nerve pain), is known as a pain caused
by compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve in the lower back.
The pain can run along through your buttocks and the back of your legs.

 

  • In most situations, it is a constant pain in one side of the buttock or the leg. It can happen in both for rare cases.
  • A more severe pain when sitting down.
  • Pain in the leg that is often described as burning, tingling or searing.
  • Weakness, numbness or a hindering in functionality of the leg or foot
  • Sharp pain when standing or walking
